Returns and Refunds Policy

If you are not completely satisfied, Buffalo Baby will gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt on any products upon request. Items must be in the original packaging with tags attached, unwashed and unworn. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return please contact us at buffalobabyclothing@gmail.com. Please include the order number and date of purchase in your email. If your return is accepted we will send you a shipment label with instructions on how and where to send your return. Any items sent back to us before requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please allow 7-10 business days to process all returns. Payment will be refunded to original form of payment or exchanged for store credit. Please allow extra time for your bank to process payment.

Damages and issues

We ask you inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at buffalobabyclothing@gmail.com with any defects or damage to the product or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and do our best to make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We cannot accept returns on sale items at this time.

Exchanges

We currently cannot accept exchanges. If you need a different color, size, etc, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.
