Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Our current processing time is 1 to 3 business days. Standard shipping takes approximately 5-8 business days to deliver within the USA (EXCLUDING Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and APO). Most customers receive their order within 7-10 business days, but delays can occur at any time.
We offer flat $4 USPS First Class shipping on all US orders, with free shipping on orders over $100 within the USA.
If multiple orders are received on the same day, we will try our best to ship orders together.
If you choose to upgrade to express shipping, charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Our current handling and processing time is 1-2 days upon checkout. Standard USPS first class shipping transit times are approximately 5-7 days. Transit times for other types of shipping will be displayed at time of payment.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check the status. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. In most cases we will offer a refund on "damaged in transit" items. See our returns page for specific instructions.
Tracking is NOT available in all countries. Tracking to certain countries will only update until it leaves the USA. Please contact your local post office or courier for further information.
Please note that due to the volume of orders we process, we cannot cancel an order once it's been placed. Buffalo Baby is NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you are having trouble tracking your package with the tracking information provided, please contact the last available courier for more information.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs that vary by shipping method used in the original order. Shipping fees will be deducted from your original invoice for orders marked as undeliverable, refused, or insufficient address.
Refused, insufficient address, or undeliverable packages will be refunded minus all shipping charges and an additional $5 undeliverable fee, which will be deducted from your original payment. If you would like items to be re-sent please place a new order with updated shipping address and information.
